| Everything from the hammock frames to the hammock rope (made from 24 strands on the machine pictured above) is made on-site at Twin Oaks. The wood for the hammocks comes from their own sawmill. Hammocks and hammock chairs hang everywhere. Just after I took the moldy cheese picture, a crew came in for cheese scrubbing. They scrub off the mold with vinegar and wipe down the refrigerator periodically as the cheese ages. The cheese was quite good. |
